2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Inventory Status

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): For made-to-order polyester filament yarns, the typical MOQ usually ranges from 3 to 5 tons. For made-to-order nylon filament yarns, the MOQ is generally 1 to 2 tons. However, if you have difficulty meeting these MOQ requirements, you can communicate with our sales team, who will do their best to assist you in understanding and handling the relevant situations.
• Inventory Information: We generally keep spinning polyester fibers in stock, which is convenient for you to purchase spot products to avoid MOQ restrictions and shorten the waiting time for delivery. For other special specification staple fiber products, it is recommended that you consult our sales team about the real-time inventory status and detailed product information.

 

3. Lead Time
For made-to-order CiCLO® fiber products, they can usually be delivered within 1 to 2 months from the date of your order. This relatively stable and reasonable lead time helps you arrange your production plan and supply chain connection reasonably, ensuring that the products can be put into subsequent processing, manufacturing, or launched into the market on time.

 

 

For retail items made with CiCLO® fibers, if you want to use CiCLO® hangtags or labels for identification, you must follow strict authorization procedures. Although you will receive a free CiCLO® Certificate of Authenticity (CCOA) when purchasing CiCLO® fibers, please note that this certificate alone is not sufficient to authorize you to use the CiCLO trademark and related marketing claims on the fabric or retail item. Prior permission from IAM must be obtained before use to ensure the standardization and legality of brand use and maintain the brand image and market order.
