Can I choose between stock items and made-to-order products?
Yes, we offer two options:
- Stock items: We encourage choosing stock items to avoid MOQ requirements and longer lead times.
- Made-to-order: A popular choice for custom specs (note: MOQs and lead times apply-see Sections 3 and 4 for details).
Will I receive a certificate with my purchase?
Yes. Every purchase of CiCLO® staple fiber or filament yarn includes a CiCLO® Certificate of Authenticity (CCOA) at no extra charge.
Quantity & Availability
What are the Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) for made-to-order products?
MOQs vary by product type for made-to-order items:
- Made-to-order polyester filament yarn: MOQ is typically 3–5 tons.
- Made-to-order nylon filament yarn: MOQ is typically 1–2 tons.
How can I check stock availability or if I can't meet the MOQ?
- For available stock specs (e.g., spinning polyester fibers, which are generally in stock), contact our sales team directly.
- If you cannot meet the stated MOQs, reach out to our sales team-we will discuss possible solutions based on your needs.
Do you offer specialty CiCLO®-related products beyond common specs?
Yes. In addition to standard-spec polyester fibers and yarns, we provide specialty products such as:
- High tenacity yarns (for threads)
- Monofilaments
- Nylon staple fibers
Lead Time
How long does it take to receive made-to-order CiCLO® products?
For made-to-order CiCLO® staple fiber or filament yarn, the lead time is generally 1 to 2 months from the date of order confirmation. Stock items will have shorter delivery times (confirm with our sales team for exact timelines).
Hangtag & Trademark Authorization Process
Do retail items made with CiCLO® fibers require specific labels?
Yes. Retail items produced using CiCLO® fibers should display CiCLO® Hangtags or labels to authenticate the product.
What is the role of the CCOA in the hangtag process?
The CCOA (CiCLO® Certificate of Authenticity) you receive with your fiber purchase is required to request CiCLO® Hangtags. However, the CCOA alone does not authorize you to use the CiCLO® trademark on fabrics or retail items.
How do I get permission to use the CiCLO® trademark and marketing materials?
You must obtain explicit permission from IAM (Intrinsic Advanced Materials) before using the CiCLO® trademark, associated marketing claims, or marketing materials.
What if I'm new to working with CiCLO® and unfamiliar with this process?
