Natural Fiber Fabrics

Its natural antibacterial property comes from "bamboo kun"-a bioactive substance that inhibits the growth of bacteria like E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Additionally, the fiber's porous structure enhances moisture absorption, reducing sweat retention and the associated odors.

 

2.Hemp Fiber (Flax / Ramie)
Hemp fibers feature a natural waxy surface and loose structure, enabling excellent breathability and moisture-wicking to lower skin surface humidity-creating an unfavorable environment for bacterial reproduction. Their inherent "pectin" and "lignin" also provide mild antibacterial effects.

These synthetic fibers gain antibacterial properties through post-treatment processes (e.g., padding, coating) that infuse antibacterial agents like silver ions, zinc ions, or organic compounds. These agents disrupt bacterial cell membranes or inhibit enzyme activity to suppress growth.

 

2.Modal / Viscose with Antibacterial Treatment
Derived from natural wood pulp, these fibers are modified to integrate antibacterial agents (e.g., chitosan, quaternary ammonium salts). This retains their softness and moisture absorption while boosting antibacterial performance.

 

3.Acrylic with Antibacterial Modification
Antibacterial groups are introduced into the fiber's molecular structure via copolymerization, or antibacterial agents are grafted onto the surface. This inhibits the growth of fungi (e.g., mold) and bacteria effectively.
