First, the storage environment needs to be strictly controlled. Persian wool tops are sensitive to humidity and temperature. It is recommended to store them in a dry, ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. Long-term exposure to a humid environment may cause the fiber to absorb moisture and deform, affecting subsequent processing performance.

Secondly, the spinning process needs to be adapted and adjusted. The fiber structure of Persian wool tops is different from that of traditional wool or acrylic. When spinning, the drafting multiple and roller pressure need to be appropriately adjusted to avoid breakage or excessive hairiness. It is recommended to conduct a small batch trial spinning before formal production to determine the optimal process parameters.

During the dyeing process, the heating rate and holding time must be strictly controlled to ensure uniform color and avoid color difference problems.

In terms of blending, Persian tops can be blended with wool, acrylic and other fibers, but attention should be paid to the proportion control. Too high a Persian content may cause the fabric to be too elastic and affect the feel; while too low a proportion may not fully exert its warmth advantage. It is recommended to adjust the proportion according to the purpose of the final product (such as sweaters, blankets, etc.).

Finally, the post-finishing of the finished product cannot be ignored. Fabrics made of Persian tops should avoid high temperature and long-term treatment during shaping to prevent the fibers from becoming brittle. It is recommended to use a mild steam shaping process, and focus on color fastness and dimensional stability when inspecting the finished product.

Mastering these precautions can effectively improve the application effect of Persian tops, ensure stable product quality, and meet the high standards of the international market.
